Dana Nygaard is a Licensed Professional Counselor and owner of Christian Comfort Counseling. Mrs. Nygaard utilizes her marriage retreats, speaking engagements, and books to equip couples with foundational skills and habits to support a loving marriage. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques in line with the rich teachings of the Catholic faith, Nygaard supports couples in unearthing long-standing behavior patterns or personal negative perceptions that may be holding an individual back from having a fulfilling marriage and meaningful life. Mrs. Nygaard has completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
